CONSIGNOR TERMS & AGREEMENT

By consigning items with our boutique, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All consigned items must be clean, freshly laundered or dry cleaned, free from stains, odors, pet hair, excessive wear, or damage. Acceptance of items is at the sole discretion of the boutique and is based on brand, condition, seasonality, current inventory needs, and overall fit with our store aesthetic. Please note do refrain from fast fashion brands.

All pricing is determined by the boutique using industry standards, resale market demand, and item condition. The boutique reserves the right to adjust pricing and apply discounts during the consignment period in order to promote sales. Items will be consigned for a predetermined period of time, during which they may be reduced in price at the boutique’s discretion.

Consignors will receive an agreed-upon percentage of the final selling price for each item sold. Payouts are issued according to the boutique’s payout schedule and method, as outlined at the time of consignment. Commission is calculated based on the final sale price after any discounts.

At the conclusion of the consignment period, unsold items must be picked up within a specified timeframe. Items not retrieved within this timeframe may be donated or become the property of the boutique. The boutique is not responsible for storing unclaimed items beyond this period.

All designer and luxury items must be authentic. The boutique reserves the right to refuse or remove any item that cannot be reasonably authenticated. While reasonable care is taken with all consigned items, the boutique is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to fire, water, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By submitting items for consignment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions and consent to all policies outlined above.
